To the family, Very sorry for your loss. Please accept my condolence. May you find comfort in knowing that there is a promise for the future from God. Revelation 21:4 says “ and he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more neither will morning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.” Soon God will wipe out all suffering and death from the earth. Such a beautiful promise to look forward too! God gives us this promise and many others “ because he cares for you” the Bible says. (1Peter 5:7) There is many more promises mentioned in the Bible. I will always remember being so excited when lauren came and visited the family, even from such a young age i couldnt wait to see her and hated it when she had to return home. She literally cheered everyone up and brightened up the room with her gentle and loving personality. She will be loved, remembered, thought about and missed forever! I will always be proud to call her my cousin xxxxx

Firstly thank you to all those who have shared a thought so far, this is much appreciated by family and friends. please keep sharing My first impression of Lauren - was that it was great to finally meet Rob's Cheeky little sister, but as years went by she grew in my eyes, into a beautiful young woman and somehow, despite everything developed a strength to fight this, and she did put up a very brave fight... Its hard to believe she has gone, but at least she is not suffering any more, also I find it so encouraging to see that her memory lives on and that her passion and spirit she had, has clearly touched so many lives. Thank you.

I met Lauren when our mum's started working together almost twenty years ago. I will always remember that bubbly, talkative girl who had to always make sure she had the hair, nails, fake tan and high heels ready for a night out. She was a wonderful support to me when my family had a number of personal tragedies at the start of 2015 and I will always treasure her as my best friend. She will be so sadly missed but will always be loved for everything she helped me with xxx

I fell in love with Lauren the moment we met. She was such a beautiful person inside and out. We had such a short time together. But I hope that the couple of months or so we had together ment as much to her as they did to me. Lauren supported me when my dad died of the same horrible cancer just a few weeks ago which must have been so hard for her, but shows the kind of girl she was. I never really felt worthy of her, but I loved her with all my heart. Love you always Lauren & always yours, Paul xxxxxx

Small in stature but huge in heart. Made time for everyone and was never one to hold back on her dreams. Truly privelidged to have her as a friend and team mate. You have been an inspiration to many and will be missed beyond measure. Keep smiling down on us so we can look up and smile back Xxx

I met Lauren whilst she was still at school when I worked with her mum Joy at Westbourne Sports College. The first thing you ever noticed about Lauren was her infectious smile. I only found out recently that she had been battling this unforgiving disease, but I can imagine that she kept that smiling face on whilst going through her treatment. I know from her closer friends that she fought it to the very end which I commend her for. So very very sad to hear she lost her battle this morning, but pleased she is no longer suffering. My thoughts and prayers with Joy, John and Rob. I hope they find solace in the fact that she was loved by hundreds of people and she will be sadly missed. Sleep tight Lauren xxx

I first met lauren through her brother rob he is like a brother to me .so got to no lauren and always new what she was upto in her many adventures. she was always happy always had a smile on her face always wanted to know how you were . She loved life always gave 100% in what ever she chose to do . She was a fighter to the end good night lauren sleep in comfort and no pain x

Known this lovely amazing girl a long time now, always a smile, always upbeat & always fun to be around, never a dull moment in the company of Lauren. Keep smiling girl while you watch over us, you'll be in our hearts.

A beautiful and kind young woman with an amazing sense of humour. A great musician who will be missed.

I remember Lauren and myself going down to Grinning Rat to watch her play her saxophone. Nervous but smashed it out of the park. Blessed to witness a master at her best Even had the time to get me back into running and stuck with me even when we wanted to stop around Murrayfield. We've never laughed so much.

I remember my first ever class at The Fitness Unit with Lauren. It was LBT and I had a major strop because I couldn't do walking lunges!! Lauren never let it faze her and came over and said 'you can do static lunges at the side if you like?' I'll always remember her for being a thoughtful caring and happy go lucky person and she'll be sadly missed. xx
